Hi! I’m Adele. I’m a Cornwall-based freelance journalist and creative content writer adept at developing effective copy that tells your brand’s story in a way that really connects with your audience. Whether you’re looking for shareable posts for your company blog, newsletter instalments your subscribers itch to open or advertorials that cut through the noise, I can help you plan your content and supply the right words for the job.
Organisations I’ve worked with include…
The Telegraph, Mumsnet, HomeAway, the National Trust, ARDO Breastpumps, Woolacombe Cottages, Bristol Green Capital, Trunki, Publishing Business, Welcome World Herbal Teas, Believe in Breastfeeding, Relaxed Birth and Parenting, the Trinidad and Tobago Guardian and The Argus.
I worked with Mumsnet to produce their 2019 buyer’s guide to baby carriers. Interviewing experts and parents and working with three testers, I researched and wrote the guide, which assimilated everything a parent needs to know about babywearing and extensively reviewed a shortlist of five baby carriers.
Bristol Green Capital
Bristol Green Capital commissioned me to write a series of blog posts for their 2015 campaign focused on green living inspiration for families. I covered environmental topics such as eco friendly activities for kids by season and how to grow a child’s environmental awareness.
I developed advertorial content for HomeAway, finding fun ways simultaneously target both primary home owners who might consider renting out their homes as an additional income and secondary home owners who might enjoy more success renting their property portfolio through the rental industry expert.
